PRICE AND RESERVATION POLICIES

The prices and the conditions could be subjected to increases or variations.

Prices for board per person and day including service and VAT.
The local tax, which is due for stays from 01.05. until 30.09., is defined as Euro 1,20.- per person per day for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, provided they are made in the same structure; children up to 11 years are excluded.

PETS: Euro 12.- per day (food not included)

The room is available from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Payment could be done with cash, via bank transfer and with debit or credit cards (Visa or Mastercard).
In case you leave earlier than expected, no-show, late arrival, or last-minute travel date changes, the entire amount of the hotel reservation will be charged.

CANCELLATION  POLICY
Online reservations
- Until 5 days before arrival date: no cancellation fee
- From 4 to 1 day before arrival date: 50% of the entire amount
- No-Show: 100% of the entire amount will be charged

Reservations via email, phone, etc.
In order to guarantee the reservation, the guest is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the price of the entire stay.

The early booking discount could be combined only with the offer 7=6  or with the offer Special Family - 1 child free
The early booking discount cannot be combined with any customer discount

During the opening and closing period the hotel management reserves the right to book the reservation to one of our similar hotels with the same services and to the same price conditions.
